Vacation Bible School 2012
"Bug Zone - Transformed by our BIG God" Is the theme of this year's vacation bible school which will be held June 18th to the 22nd from 9:00am to 11:30am. VBS is for kids of all ages, from 3 years to sixth grade. There will be stories, singing, crafts, games, puppets and food. Registration details coming soon!
Youth Clubs
Youth Clubs seeks to evangelize, disciple, teach, train, & provide opportunities to children for Christian Service. Youth Clubs meets at 7:00pm during the school year.
Teen Bible Study
The fundamental purpose of every ministry at PBC is to glorify the Lord. In seeking that end, PBC strives to grow effective, active Christian leaders out of our teen department. We accomplish this, in part, by:
- Meeting together to praise the Lord.
- Seeking to evangelize the unsaved
- Encouraging fellow believers
- Teen Club meets every Wednesday evening at 7pm during the school year.
Women's Ministry
The purpose of our women's ministry is to encourage women to be all that they are meant to be in Christ. We want the women of Prairie Baptist Church to be equipped to serve God, their families and their communities. We aim to bring together women of all ages and at all stages of life.
There are opportunities for:
- Weekly Bible Studies (morning or evening).
- Monthly Giggles Meeting (third Thursday of every month).
- Secret Pals
Prayer Ministry
We believe that prayer should undergird the foundation on the Church's life.
There are opportunities for prayer:
- Each Wednesday at 7:30pm
- Each Thursday from 7:00-8:30am (come and go as you are able)
- Prayer Breakfast - third Saturday of each month. 7:30-9:00am
- Prayer for youth and children's workers - first Sunday of each month at 7:30pm
