Our Mission
Prairie Baptist Church is here to make disciples by: Living and speaking the gospel; teaching to know and do God's Word; praying; giving; and encouraging. We would be privileged to be a part of your spiritual growth. If the Lord so leads, we would love to have you visit any of our church services where we have sought "God honoring worship and Bible preaching since 1835."
We are a growing church and we seek to provide a Christ centered environment where people can worship, learn and serve. We unashamedly preach the whole truth of God's Word, and we emphasize the importance of prayer. We encourage each person to use the gifts God has given to them and we participate in local and global missions.

If you are considering making Prairie Baptist Church your spiritual home, please join us for a two week membership class at 9:30am on May 20th and 27th during our Sunday School hour.
Vacation Bible School 2012:
"Bug Zone - Transformed by our BIG God" Is the theme of this year's vacation bible school which will be held June 18th to the 22nd from 9:00am to 11:30am. VBS is for kids of all ages, from 3 years to sixth grade. There will be stories, singing, crafts, games, puppets and food. For more information please call the church at 765-534-3630.
