We will be using photography during VBS. These images may be shared during our Sunday services, in printed materials such as church bulletins, on our website, or an events such as the VBS program. No identifying information will be displayed, including names, addresses, email addresses, family members’ names, or schools. I hereby grant permission to Prairie Baptist Church to use my child’s photograph(s) on its website, or in other official church printed publications without further consideration. I understand that once the image is posted on the church website, the image can be downloaded to an computer user, anywhere in the world, Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the church, its pastor, deacons, trustees, members, and designees from claims arising out of the use of my child’s photograph(s).
